Trained by years of cooking for friends and family, guests will delight in her use of Jamaican herbs and seasonings to create traditional island dishes.
Each morning, guests can choose from a menu of fresh, tropical fruits, hard dough bread, muffins and pastries, as well as hot, prepared meat, fish and vegetarian entrees. Hot tea, coffee, and water are available all day in the kitchen.
